The representatives of the Agency for Spatial and Urban Planning of the Republic of Serbia participated in a conference ”Decentralisation and Collaborative Development” organised by the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCFS) and held on the premises of the French Embassy.

The conference presented successful collaborations between private and public sectors, and the event was dedicated to urban development in the area of waste, water, energy and transportation management as well as to the topic of public-private partnerships.

During the panel on urban infrastructures, Ms Tijana Živanović Milić, Head of the Group for International Cooperation in the Agency for Spatial and Urban Planning of the Republic of Serbia, acquainted the attendees with the Agency’s competencies in the context of planning documents preparation and the cooperation with local self-governments in the process. She also reflected on the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and other international frameworks of importance for spatial planning and urban development.
